Olympic Update

Yesterday was an excellent day for Michael Phelps. He won a gold in the Mens 200m butterfly. The crowning glory came when the relay team won the gold for the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay Final. That was such an awesome and exciting race to watch. It was so close! They were followed by silver medal winners Australia, with Italy taking the bronze.

Team USA took the silver for the team women's gymnastics competition. Romania won the gold and Russia took the bronze. What an exciting day. I can't wait to see what results today will bring. Michael Phelps will be back in the pool, and individual competition in gymnastics begins.
