Pets Go Under the Knife for Beauty

I have always known that lots of pets undergo certain types of cosmetic surgery for necessity. I've heard of dental procedures and skin fold procedures, but now it seems that pet owners are willing to shell out the moola to make their pets more attractive as well. As long as my pets are all happy and healthy, that's all I really care about. I would NEVER consider a medical procedure just so they would "look" better. It certainly makes me wonder.
